I and my partner would like to join the Pornhub Amateur Program, but (1) verify independently, (2) submit our Gov-issued identification document independently, (3) setup two bank accounts, one for me and one for my partner, independently to split payment at a fixed ratio, and (4) be able to jointly manage the videos and payments with a voting system.

One way to do this is to create group accounts that allow multiple verified accounts that has setup bank account to join. Something like "Organization" on Github. While releasing videos and changing payment split, all members have to agree with the change. While uploading or deleting videos, only one of the members approval is needed.

This not only provides a reliable way for both of us to delete the uploaded videos when we break up, it also reduces the risk for financial dispute between us.
