Make it possible to use emoji!
Most emojis can't be used on PH.
It's embarrassingly old fashion and if you want PH to also be a sort of social network the emojis are invaluable.

Sort of. Someone messaged me with emojis in the middle of a long message. The next time I logged on everything in that message that followed the emoji had disappeared. The emojis always vanish after you log off. Be sure they are at the end of the message
